DESCRIPTION

The HC-U98 Multi-Channel Ultrasonic Pile Integrity Tester is a specialized instrument that uses ultrasonic pulse technology to inspect the integrity of concrete piles. This instrument employs new technology to complete full combination testing of 5 pipes (8/10 profiles), with significantly enhanced algorithms. The measurement point accuracy reaches 1cm, effectively improving the detection efficiency of large-diameter piles.

Integrated radial transducers for both receiving and transmitting, combined with front-end amplification technology, provide clear sampling waveforms.

During testing, stored measurement point waveforms can be replayed, overwritten, or deleted at will. The time-of-flight line can also be manually adjusted to avoid misjudgment, making operations simple and practical.

Maximum lifting speed of up to 1m/s, with real-time display of the entire pile's defect range and specific locations.

Equipped with independently rechargeable lithium batteries, which can be easily removed and replaced by hand, facilitating long-duration detection. Innovative heat dissipation design ensures continuous operation even in high-temperature conditions.

High-strength engineering plastic housing, with a large-area rubberized process for a good feel and resistance to drops and bumps.

Supports data storage on a USB drive, and software upgrades can be performed via USB or wireless network.

Professional data processing and analysis software, with powerful functions to quickly analyze detection data, generate inspection reports, and conveniently export data.
