DESCRIPTION

The HC-GY62 Integrated Rebar Scanner is a portable intelligent non-destructive testing device. It is used to detect the location of rebar, the thickness of the concrete cover, the orientation, and the distribution of rebar within reinforced concrete structures. It can also detect magnetic and conductive bodies in non-magnetic and non-conductive media.

KEY FEATURES

Thickness Detection Mode: Cover layer accuracy up to 0.1 mm, supports dual-channel AD value prompts on the left and right, and automatic center reading.

JGJ Detection Function: Achieves single-point re-measurement, automatically generates on-site measurement point thumbnails, and meets the testing requirements of detection regulations.

Built-in Low-power Bluetooth Chip: Connects to the Hichuang Data Platform APP for real-time data upload.

PC Support for Bluetooth Data Transfer: More convenient data reading, reducing the wear of the host USB port and extending its lifespan.

Built-in High-capacity Lithium Battery: Low-power design, with a working duration of approximately 24 hours after a full charge.

Vertical Laser Positioning: Real-time display of rebar position and adjacent rebar centerlines, with multiple reminders from the aiming frame and indicator lights for convenient rebar location and coring.

Professional Data Processing and Analysis Software: Capable of generating 3D models, and easy data analysis, processing, and report printing/export.
